recent years The Fine Art Trade Guild has addressed the need for a reliable qualification for picture framers and has introduced the Guild Commended Framer (GCF) qualification. Our main framer David Richards has been a Guild Commended Framer for the past twelve years, with over eighteen years experience in the framing industry and is only one of just over one thousand such framers that exist with this qualification. |
